Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing us. As each item is custom-made based on your child's unique 3D scan, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please note:

• No returns or exchanges are allowed due to the personalized nature of the product.
• Defects or errors: If there is an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or other solution.

Processing Time:

• Each custom item is carefully made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
• Processing time may vary based on order volume and customization details.
• For urgent orders, please email us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in meeting the deadline for your celebration. Additional fees may apply. If delivery isn’t possible in time, we recommend opting for a gift card as a thoughtful alternative.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and fees will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging:

• All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue.
